High Performance


The high performance program aims to maximize each player’s potential. A player needs to be at his/her best in all 4 pillars of the game i.e the technical and tactical aspect as well as mental and physical strength. Hence, an exclusively individualized program along with focus on situational match-play training is provided to each player looking to compete at the ITF, ATP and WTA tournaments. Coaches also help you design a long term tournament schedule and guide you along the path of success.


Our advanced players get to train at the Athletic Training Centre (ATC) where trainers focus on specific physical conditioning for tennis as well asinjury prevention programs.
